Dr. Brandon Morgan

Dr. Brandon Morgan is a college professor, community leader, and the Founder and President of Found A Way, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to education, opportunity, and critical support services for underserved communities. A proud first generation college graduate, Dr. Morgan's personal journey fuels his lifelong commitment to helping others find pathways forward through education and service. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, specifically the Oak Cliff community, Dr. Morgan remains deeply connected to the neighborhood that shaped him. His work is grounded in lived experience, cultural pride, and a genuine desire to give back to the city and people who poured into him. Dr. Morgan is a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated, where he actively serves on the Education Committee. Through the fraternity, he finds purpose in mentoring, advocacy, and collective service while living out the ideals of brotherhood, scholarship, and service to humanity. He is also an active member of Union Missionary Baptist Church, where he faithfully serves his church family by preparing and cooking hot breakfast for Sunday School each Sunday. This weekly act of service reflects his servant heart and deep commitment to faith, fellowship, and community care. Above all, Dr. Morgan is a devoted father to his daughter, a role he considers his greatest responsibility and greatest joy. Known as a servant at heart, he leads with humility, compassion, and integrity whether in the classroom, the boardroom, or the community. Dr. Morgan is honored to serve, teach, and lead, and remains committed to creating lasting impact through education, empowerment, and love for people. He lives by the guiding principle found in 1 John 4:8, "God is love," a truth that shapes his leadership, service, and daily walk.

Destiny Loggin

Destiny Loggin serves as the Executive Assistant for Found A Way Foundation, where she supports the organization's mission with dedication, heart, and a strong commitment to service. A licensed real estate agent and apartment locator, Destiny brings valuable knowledge of housing and community resources to her role. Originally from Louisiana, she moved to Dallas as a teenager and graduated from Duncanville High School, proudly calling the DFW area home. After high school, Destiny joined the United States Army Reserves and served for 10 years, an experience that shaped her leadership, resilience, and passion for helping others. She believes in creating pathways to opportunity and is deeply grateful to be part of an organization that makes a tangible difference in people's lives. Through her work at Found A Way Foundation, Destiny remains committed to giving back and serving the community that has helped shape her journey.

Sonia's mission is rooted in faith, service, and a vision for stronger, more connected communities. Through her leadership, she continues to inspire others to give back, stand up, and make a difference where it matters most.

Claudia Taylor is a dedicated Testing Administrator entering her second year with Found Away. With more than a decade of experience serving students and families through Dallas Independent School District (DISD), she has built a career rooted in service, and student success. Passionate about her work, Claudia is committed to supporting academic achievement and ensuring testing processes are conducted with integrity and care. Born and raised in Oak Cliff, Dallas, Texas, Claudia takes pride in serving the community that helped shape her. Throughout her career, she has developed a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed. Her work reflects a strong belief in the power of education and the positive impact it can have on individuals and communities. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Claudia enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends. She values opportunities to connect with others, share experiences, and continue growing both personally and professionally. Through her dedication and passion for success, she strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people every day.

As Office Assistant for Found A Way Foundation, she supports daily operations with exceptional organization, attention to detail, and a welcoming spirit. Leticia is the proud mother of two grown children and cherishes spending time with her family. Her dedication, experience, and heart for helping others make her a valued member of the Found A Way team.
