Dr. Brandon Morgan is a college professor, community leader, and the Founder and President of Found A Way, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to education, opportunity, and critical support services for underserved communities. A proud first generation college graduate, Dr. Morgan’s personal journey fuels his lifelong commitment to helping others find pathways forward through education and service.
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, specifically the Oak Cliff community, Dr. Morgan remains deeply connected to the neighborhood that shaped him. His work is grounded in lived experience, cultural pride, and a genuine desire to give back to the city and people who poured into him.
Dr. Morgan is a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated, where he actively serves on the Education Committee. Through the fraternity, he finds purpose in mentoring, advocacy, and collective service while living out the ideals of brotherhood, scholarship, and service to humanity.
He is also an active member of Union Missionary Baptist Church, where he faithfully serves his church family by preparing and cooking hot breakfast for Sunday School each Sunday. This weekly act of service reflects his servant heart and deep commitment to faith, fellowship, and community care.
Above all, Dr. Morgan is a devoted father to his daughter, a role he considers his greatest responsibility and greatest joy. Known as a servant at heart, he leads with humility, compassion, and integrity whether in the classroom, the boardroom, or the community.
